Village Youth is for middle and high school students in 6th-12th grade.

Village Youth exists to be a safe and welcoming place for students to belong and connect in community as they develop as followers of Jesus Christ.

We meet on Sundays from 4:15-6pm at Village (on the lawn or in the Fellowship Hall) unless otherwise noted on our schedule below.

Winter/Spring Schedule

Our teaching series this semester is “On Being Human.” We will explore what is means to be a human person by looking at four major movements in Scripture: 1. Humans created by God 2. Humans broken by sin 3. Humans redeemed by the person and work of Jesus Christ 4. And humans one day glorified by God.

PMAC volunteer opportunities
PMAC is an after-school program that runs every weekday in concurrence with the Greenville County Schools schedule. Children come straight from school to PMAC, where they engage in physical fitness, games, art, dance, music, and character building activities throughout the afternoon. They are in need of volunteers 16 years or older. Click here to fill out a volunteer interest form.

High school monthly breakfasts
On the first Thursday of each month, Village high schoolers are invited to meet at Starbucks (on Wade Hampton beside Publix) before school for breakfast and fellowship. We meet from 7:15-8:15. Dates below:

Catechesis Classes for Confirmation
There will be 3 catechesis classes that will cover the main tenants of the Christian faith- The Apostles Creed, 10 Commandments, and The Lord’s Prayer- to prepare any students (in 9-12th grade) interested in being confirmed by the bishop on Sunday, June 9th. We will eat dinner together and then discuss one of these topics each week. Sign up here.
